Sixty-Three (63) people of Gador-korpe a sub-village of Ekye-Amanfrom has been displaced of sleeping place due to heavy downpour and strong wind that destroyed their houses.

 The Assembly-Member of the Trebu electoral area Hon. Ishmael Wordi *(a.k.a Kanutey)* indicated that a heavy downpour and strong wind has displaced his people leaving at Gador-korpe which is also in his electoral area.

Abrews Nana kwabena Tewiah Tik3se3 Speaking with the Assembly member  added that fifteen (15) houses  and one (1) school structure were destroyed.

He also further added that sixty-three (63) people were affected and not having place to lay their heads or to sleep.

The Assembly member Hon. Kanutey as popularly known is appealing to the general public,government institutions (NADMO) and NGOs to come to their aid especially these children to have a sleeping place in a form of providing iron sheets to them.
