MJSL Media Foundation in Collaboration with Amenfi East Education Directorate Holds 2nd Edition of Brain Battle Inter-Circuit Quiz at Wassa Afransie
The MJSL Media Foundation, in partnership with the Amenfi East Municipal Education Directorate, has successfully organized the 2nd Edition of the Brain Battle Inter-Circuit Quiz Competition at Wassa Afransie in the Western Region.
The exciting academic event brought together four circuits — Afransie Circuit, Akropong A Circuit, Akropong B Circuit, and Nananko Circuit — to showcase their intellectual abilities in the Lower Primary, Upper Primary, and Junior High School (JHS) categories.
In the Lower Primary category, Akropong Circuit B emerged first with 66 points, followed closely by Akropong Circuit A with 64 points, while Afransie Circuit placed third with 51 points.
At the Upper Primary level, Afransie Circuit reclaimed glory by topping the contest with 25 points, Akropong Circuit B followed with 24 points, and Akropong Circuit A placed third with 15 points.
In the Junior High School division, Akropong Circuit B once again demonstrated exceptional performance, leading the group with 38 points, while Afransie Circuit came second with 36.5 points, and Akropong Circuit A managed 21.5 points to place third.
Delivering her remarks at the event, *Madam Juliet Enyonam Korkor,* Executive Director of MJSL Media Foundation, expressed her heartfelt appreciation to the Education Directorate, teachers, and students for their dedication and enthusiasm. She emphasized that the Brain Battle initiative forms part of the Foundation’s commitment to promoting academic excellence and nurturing the intellectual growth of young learners within Amenfi East.

Speaking during the event, *Asafoankye Kwasi Afari* , the Asafoankye of Wassa Afransie, commended the organizers for bringing such an inspiring and educational program to the community. He encouraged the students to remain disciplined and focused on their studies and pledged the community’s full support for future editions.
