A 16 year old broken hearted girl has burnt down her boyfriend’s room over breakup at New Nkusukum a suburb of Mankessim in the Mfantseman Municipality of the Central Region.

Report gathered by , kingsjerseymedia revealed that, the suspect Rebecca went to her boyfriend’s workplace a Cornmail shop and demand chop money but her boyfriend Samuel Agbobli told her that he has broke up with her because she is cheating on him.

The suspect according to report cried and beg her boyfriend for forgiveness but he sent her away from his workplace.

The suspect Rebecca Nyoma after moving away from the workplace went to the boyfriend’s room and set ablaze the room because he is having a spare key.

The girl after setting the room ablaze locked the to doors and the windows and went back to her workplace.

It took the intervention of neighbours to quench the fire to prevent all the 22 rooms in the compound house from being razed down completely.

The suspect Rebecca Nyomi confirmed burning the room and later appealed for forgiveness.

According to her, she also contributed to the purchase of the items in the room

The suspect, Rebecca has been arrested by Mankessim police command, assisting investigations.
